I found the recipe on Selver’s website

Base
- 1 packet Domino biscuits, 175 g (the original recipe says 3–4 biscuits. Well, that covered about a quarter of the bottom of my 24 cm cake tin. Good thing I bought a large packet of Domino biscuits) 🙂
- 50 g melted butter
I crushed the biscuits in a food processor and mixed them with the melted butter. I lined a springform cake tin with baking paper, the bottom and sides separately, pressed the biscuit-butter mixture onto the base and put it in the fridge while I made the filling.
Filling
- 2 tbsp water
- 5 gelatine leaves
- 2 dl whipping cream
- grated zest and juice of 2 limes
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar with black specks (I used dark Meira vanilla sugar)
- 2 dl sugar
- 600 g quark
- 1 packet Domino biscuits, 175 g
- 200 g chopped strawberries
I dissolved the gelatine (I dissolved 2 tbsp gelatine in hot water rather than using gelatine leaves).
I mixed the quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar, cut the limes in half and squeezed the juice into the quark mixture, then grated in the zest. I slowly poured in the slightly cooled gelatine while stirring carefully. I whipped the cream and folded it into the quark mixture. I cut the biscuits and strawberries into quarters and mixed those in too. Then I poured the whole mixture over the biscuit base and left it in the fridge overnight.
For the top
- 300 g strawberries
- fresh mint
In the morning I decorated it with strawberries and mint leaves and sprinkled a little biscuit crumb over the top.
I was afraid the lime would make it sour, but it came out just right, neither too sweet nor too tart.
