Maimu sat by the window, glasses on her nose, stroking the bag handle. She smiled:
‘You see, child, some things look small but can actually hold a whole world. Just like my old chest: there is always room for something more.’
Bim, the white cat with a dark patch near his ear, curiously poked his head into the bag and purred:
‘If it can hold my little mouse, your glasses case and a ball of yarn on top of that, it is a proper bag!’

The bag is crocheted from strong polyester macramé cord. The pattern stretches while holding its shape.
Measurements: 31 × 17 cm.
It closes with a magnetic snap, quick and convenient.
There are both short handles and a shoulder strap, so you can choose how you want to carry it.
Maimu concluded: ‘This bag wants an adventure: the market, the theatre, or at the very least a walk with Bim.’
If Maimu’s Secret made you smile or think about your own bags, yarn and little wonders,
then stay a while in this little workshop. More stories about yarn, light and people,
who know how to weave patterns into silence, will be appearing here soon.
And if you feel like making or wearing something similar, step into
my handmade shop –
where bags, scarves and little stories with a purr are waiting, all born in the same workshop with Maimu and Bim.
